Nothing is published until you approve it. We may then use the photos, quote, video, your name and logo in our marketing and paid advertising, worldwide, for 3 years. No fee, no exclusivity, nothing renews.

What you get
- AnnexHub for the whole event, at the Done-for-you levelPublished price RM 2,500. Attendee import or registration, QR tickets by email, door check-in on our scanners, walk-in handling, the live arrivals screen and prize draw if you want them, and afterwards the attendance list with check-in times, the feedback survey and certificates.
- Our crew at the door on the daySetup by our team and a full rehearsal before the event day, then our people running the door with you. Outside the Klang Valley: remote setup, a rehearsal by video call, and a named person on live support for the whole event.
- A direct line to the people who build itYour wishlist goes into our roadmap review every Monday, and we tell you what happened to each request.
What we ask in return
- Permission for our crew to photograph and film the registration and check-in area during the event.
- Use of your name and logo as an AnnexHub founding partner.
- A written quote about the experience, within 7 days after the event.
- A video testimonial of about 60 seconds, within 14 days after the event. We can film it on site on the day if that is easier.
- Thirty minutes of honest feedback after the event: what worked, what did not, what is missing.
- Permission to use those photos, that footage, the quote, the video, your name and your logo on annexhub.ai, on our social media pages, in sales material and in paid advertising, worldwide, for 3 years from the event date.
- You see and approve the quote and the final cut of the video before first publication. After publication you can ask us to stop using an item in new material, and we will within 14 days.

Questions organisers ask first
Is it really free?
Yes. No fee, no exclusivity, and no obligation to buy anything afterwards. What we ask for instead is listed above in full: photo and film permission, your name and logo, a written quote, a short video, and thirty minutes of feedback.
What happens after the first event?
Nothing automatic. Nothing renews and nothing is owed. If you want to run the next event on AnnexHub you pick a plan, and the published Done-for-you price is RM 2,500 per event.
Can we keep our current registration platform?
Yes. Keep your registration platform and we run your door: send us the guest list as a spreadsheet, we import it, email every guest a QR ticket, and scan them in on the day.
What if our event is outside the Klang Valley?
It still counts. Outside the Klang Valley we do remote setup, a rehearsal by video call, and a named person on live support for the whole event.
What happens to our guests’ data?
You stay the owner of your guest data. We process it only to run this event, under the AnnexHub privacy policy, and we delete it or return it whenever you ask.
