Who builds the event. On Self-serve you get the full platform and set the event up yourself - forms, tickets, check-in, all white-labelled. On Done-for-you we build it with you, load your guest list, brand everything and stay on hand through event day. Same software underneath; you are paying for our time, not for features.
Yes. One live event, up to 50 guests, with registration, QR tickets and door check-in. Tickets carry AnnexHub branding. It is a genuine way to run a small event or trial the product before you spend anything.
Per event, by service level rather than headcount. Pick the tier that matches how much of the work you want to do yourself, and the guest cap that fits. Bigger events need more capacity, so the cap moves you up a tier.
Invoices are issued in Malaysian Ringgit. Prices here can be shown in MYR, SGD or USD for comparison - the converted figures are indicative and your quote confirms the exact amount.
Per event by default, since most teams run a handful of events a year. Running many? Ask about an annual, unlimited-events licence.
Invoice, bank transfer or card. Corporates usually pay by invoice - we handle the paperwork with your finance team.
Yes, paid ticketing is supported. Mention it in your quote and we switch it on for your account.
A booking fee of 5% + RM1 per paid ticket, processing included. By default the guest pays it at checkout; you can choose to absorb it instead. Free tickets have no fee.
By bank transfer 5 working days after your event ends, less any refunds and any booking fees you chose to absorb. We collect payments as your agent and issue the e-invoices: a self-billed e-invoice to you for the ticket money, and an invoice for our fee.
Your company name, SSM registration number, tax identification number (TIN), business address, SST number if you have one, and the bank account for payouts. We check them before your first paid ticket goes on sale.
You decide your refund policy and issue refunds from your event dashboard. The guest gets the ticket price back, and the refund comes out of your payout. The fee on a refunded ticket is not returned, because the card network keeps its share. If a guest disputes a card payment with their bank, the RM90 dispute charge is also deducted from your payout.
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), FPX online banking, GrabPay and Alipay, processed by Stripe in Malaysian ringgit. Paid ticketing is switched on per account; ask us when you need it.
Tickets, emails and event pages carry your brand from Self-serve up, with your brand name as the sender. The free tier keeps AnnexHub branding.
